Every Pine Lake Land Owner is responsible for payment of their annual membership dues. Annual dues help cover the cost of our 22 street lights, private beach, boat slips, fishing pier, and other maintenance expenses.

Members in good standing are entitled to vote for the Board of Directors at the annual shareholders' meeting, and gain access to the parkland, private beach, fishing pier, and the right to rent a boat slip (subject to availability).
